USF among four state universities to study Zika and other diseases through CDC grant

The CDC has provided a $10 million grant to the University of Florida, University of South Florida, University of Miami and Florida International University to collaborate and study ways to stop the spread of Zika and infectious diseases.

Dr. Thomas Unnasch, distinguished university health professor and chair of the Department of Global Health at the USF College of Public Health, will lead USF efforts!
